Blessing of the Animals

On Saturday September 30th at 10:00 AM, Marytown will carry on the Franciscan custom of the Blessing of the Animals, conducted in remembrance of St. Francis of Assisi’s love for all of God’s creatures. Bring your furry, hoofed, scaled and feathered friends for this time-honored blessing tradition.

For the safety of animals and people, please ensure that all dogs are on a leash and smaller animals are protected in a cage. And please practice social distancing.
